As everyone in Chicago knows, Jay Cutler exited the game early in the third quarter due to a knee injury. This resulted in a lot of people in the media, as well as current and ex-players, questioning if the injury was legitimate of if he was merely lacking heart. Some players even went so far as to voice their opinions via twitter. While it can be easy as a fan to dismiss an injury as something small, it was really surprising to hear about the number of players who doubted the seriousness of the injury.

One of the more exciting events at the NFL Scouting combine is the bench press. Each player participating in this event will try to bench press 225 pounds as many times as possible. This event is geared towards the big guys, the ones who play in the trenches. Success during this event however does not translate to success in the NFL.
